    Missoula County supports HB 425: Generally revise crime victim compensation laws, up for hearing this afternoon, in the House Appropriations Committee.

    Crime Victim Compensation is an important resource for victims of crime to help pay for a variety needs that are a result of the victimization experienced, which includes medical bills and counseling. Monetary support is an important component to a crim victim's healing after a traumatic event.
