    Missoula County supports HB 449: Revise pretrial release laws involving electronic monitoring, heard this morning, in the House Judiciary Committee.

    HB 449 was developed in response to two domestic violence homicides in the state. This bill will increase victim safety and accountability for those who cause them harm.
