    Missoula County supports HB 520: Generally revise laws related to sexual assault, up for hearing tomorrow morning, in the House Judiciary Committee.

    HB 520 would ensure that a victim of human trafficking would to not be charged with prostitution if they report experiencing sexual assault and/or human trafficking. This is an important protection and will help create a pathway to safety for some victims of this crime.
